Amara

Amara is the second sibling of the Lilithzplug trio, also known as Amara Jr., named after the creator herself.

Known for her ethereal, water-like presence and ever-changing style, she brings a calm yet radiant energy to the group. As the main songwriter and creative force behind the trio's formation, Amara is often seen as the lead - steady, experimental, and deeply expressive.

Her vocals flow through afrobeats, DNB, house-Jersey club, Brazilian phonk, and new-jazz sounds.

Inspired by the artist in real life, Amara represents the present self within Amara's psyche —an embodiment of authenticity, creativity, and being fully herself.

When people listen to Lilithzplug, I want them to feel a deep sense of nostalgia. With this new era and niche, the goal is to recreate the feeling you get when those “wake up, it’s 2007” videos hit your FYP or the sense of you’ve been here before comes rushing back to your memories. Not just longing for Y2K to come back, but missing the entire atmosphere of that time.

Everything today feels either overly minimalist or pushed too far forward in the wrong ways. Back in the 2000s, we imagined a future full of color, curiosity, and imagination—and somewhere along the way, it feels like the world lost it’s color.. Through my music, my characters and concepts, I want to help bring it back.

The inspiration isn’t just Y2K—it’s Frutiger Aero and all its sub-genres, PlayStation and early gaming nostalgia, cybercore, Gen-X soft club futurism, 2000s Disney aesthetics, and anything that feels like childhood, home, or imagination. I can’t wait to share more of that in upcoming music and visuals.
